Employees – the competent authorities

You have to inform the following authorities if you have employees

Registration of social insurance

The registration of social insurance and the payment of contributions involves the sick benefit fund of the employee. Ask your employee about the address of the competent sick benefit fund.

Payment of wage tax

You have to pay wage tax for the salaries of your employees to the local tax office (cf. tax authorities).

Registration at the job center

If you have employees, you have to announce it to the local job center:

Registration at the Employer's Liability Insurance Association

The Employer's Liability Insurance Association is the institution of the legal accident insurance. Please ask for the competent Employer's Liability Insurance Association at the Umbrella Association of the Employer's Liability Insurance Associations:
